Yet, we spend most of our time participating in activities, including wellness services, that create MORE stress. Rushing to the gym for a group class, constant talk therapy, the daily run. At Bliss, we believe in a different approach. We use and apply the principles of Bliss Therapy™ and our own form of relaxation medicine to help clients drop into a deeper state of ease that makes receiving, experiencing benefiting and accessing our own healing power from within more powerful and effective.

At Bliss, it is easy to take the next step on your wellness journey. Choose from:

  • A-la-cart services as you need them, where and when you need them (virtual, in-person or hybrid)

  • Work with us to design a plan just for you that you can enjoy over 12 weeks (meeting once a week) or 24 weeks (every two weeks)

    We aim to promote personal empowerment, responsibility, accountability and self-advocacy so you can start to trust yourself again, and stop giving your power away to an endless stream of doctors and therapists. We also want to provide you with the resources you need for positive behavior modification so you can support yourself for the rest of your life.

We work with private clients, small and large groups, schools, and corporate wellness initiatives to deliver exceptional programs, training, and personal development experiences.

  • We provide somatic therapy and mind-body therapy in many forms to help people learn how to connect mind, body and spirit, and feel safe and connected to their body to reclaim the vibrant wisdom that exists in the body to help us heal and thrive. We create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your connection to self for growth and stress management.

  • Ayurveda is one of the oldest and original forms of lifestyle and functional medicine. It is rooted in consciousness and helping all find balance by understanding your unique "constitution" and how to optimize wellness through proper nutrition and lifestyle choices. Ayurveda offers the most holistic and natural way to promote self-healing, disease prevention and stress reduction.

  • We offer private and group energy medicine experiences using multiple forms of energy medicine like reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and meditation. When we learn to heal our own energy, harness it, and protect it from the energies around us, everything changes!

  • We offer holistic health coaching services to client to assist you with setting goals and action steps, staying accountability too those goals, and recieving tools, resources and support to feel successful in your efforts to create better health - whether that is physical, mental or spiritual. We use a combination of training including NBH-WC, Ayurveda, yoga, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and consciousness coaching to help you get clarity, take action, and feel succesful!

  • Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique used to help people access, process, and release stress. It was developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003 as a method to focus on specific points in the visual field to enhance a person's emotional and physical processing.

    The basic idea behind brainspotting is that where you look affects how you feel. By identifying specific eye positions, known as "brainspots," the practitioner helps the client tap into the brain's deeper processing regions, particularly those associated with trauma and stored emotional experiences. These brainspots are believed to be connected to neural networks that hold unprocessed trauma, emotional experiences, and physical sensations.

    During a session, the practitioner guides the client to focus on a particular spot in their visual field while simultaneously helping them maintain awareness of their body sensations and emotions. This process is thought to bypass the more cognitive parts of the brain (like the prefrontal cortex) and directly access the midbrain and limbic system, which are more involved in emotion and memory storage. This allows for deeper healing and resolution of trauma that might not be easily reached through traditional talk therapy alone.

  • We use a brain-based approach to working with all our health and wellness clients. We understand the role that brain health hand brain architecture as on our wellness goals and our ability to achieve them. We offer private, group, corporate, and school based programs to improve brain health for all.

Therapeutic Life Mentoring and coaching is rooted in the four pillars of Bliss - somatic/mind-body/yoga therapy, neuroscience/brain health, energy medicine, and Ayurveda lifestyle medicine. We bring you home to yourself and help you navigate life with greater ease, guidance, and trust.

  • We offer small group and private personal training for people who want a different approach to body connection, relationship with food, movement, and weight management. Stop counting calories and killing yourself with cardio and learn to love your body, love food, and most importantly live your best, most vibrant and healthy life.

  • We teach a specific form of meditation backed by decades of scientific research for the benefits this technique has on physiology, psychology and brain architecture. We also offer professional trainings to those who wish to learn to give the gift of meditation to others.

  • We offer ThaiYoga Body work, an assisted and spportive form of yoga that promotes deeper relaxation and stretching. This is only available when booked as part of other sessions or programs, not as a stand alone service.

  • We offer mindfulness education and programs for individuals, small groups, schools and businesses who want to incorporate mindfulness to improve health and wellness and develop new skills for physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
