The following policies are entered into by and between You and Shae Sterrett, LLC(“Company,” “we” or “us”) and all subsidiaries of said company.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern your use of the websitewww.shaesterrett.com (“Website”), including all materials, resources, information, and services on the Website, whether as a guest or registered user.

By accessing or using the Website, placing orders within this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, without modification, and acknowledge reading them. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

In order to use the Website or make a purchase on the Website, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree as a condition of your use of the Website and any resources downloaded from the Website that any registration information you give to the Company will always be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your username, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

The products and services available on the Website are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without cause or explanation. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details about product delivery. If you do not receive email order confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

SERVICES, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

BUSINESS SERVICES

  • Clients are billed on the 1st of each month from SHAE STERRETT, LLC.

  • Invoices are sent via email.

  • Payment is expected upon receipt unless otherwise noted.

  • All services are billed at an hourly rate unless otherwise outlined by written agreement.

GROUP & PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS

  • Payment in full is expected upon enrollment into a coaching program from Shae Sterrett, LLC and its subsidiaries.

  • Clients have the option to set up a payment plan for an additional fee which varies depending on the program being offered.  

  • Payment plans are set up as automatic debit. 

  • Client is responsible for notifying Shae Sterrett, LLC if the desired payment method has changed within 14 business days.

  • No refunds or exchanges for coaching programs for any reason.

  • If the client chooses not to complete the coaching program no refund, transfers, credits or exchanges will be offered, regardless of cause.

  • No guarantees of outcomes are expressed or implied.

  • Please refer to your personal coaching contract for additional information.  

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & EXPERIENCES

  • Payment in full is required for classes and workshops.

  • Payment for classes and workshops are non-refundable.

  • If the participant chooses to leave the class or workshop early no refund will be given regardless of cause.

  • If the class or workshop is cancelled by the host the client has the choice to keep the credit on file for future use or refund can be given via check.

  • No guarantees of outcomes are expressed or implied.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Payment in full is required at time of service.

  • $50 deposit is required for new client appointments.

  • All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. Shae Sterrett, LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of your scheduled appointment for failure to show or to notify us.

  • In the case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid being billed for a missed appointment.

  • Two or more "no shows" or cancellations outside the 24 hour cancellation window will result in pre-payment for all future services.

  • No guarantees of outcomes are expressed or implied.

RETREATS

  • Minimum deposit to hold your spot is $250 USD per person.

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Payment Plans available for balances over $500.

  • Final balance for retreats is 50% 6 months before retreat start date and final balance due 90 days prior to retreat start date, unless otherwise stated.

  • Participants can cancel their retreat up to 90 days prior to the retreat start date for a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • If you cancel inside of 90 days NO refund will be given, no exceptions.

  • If the participant chooses to leave the retreat early no refund will be given regardless of cause.

  • If Shae Sterrett, LLC needs to cancel a retreat, clients will receive a refund less the $250.00 deposit, or the client has the option to retain that payment on file for a future retreat within 12 months.

  • On file credit will expire after 12 months of original payment.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Participants are responsible for the purchase of adequate travel insurance to cover travel incidentals, missed flights, illness or other circumstances that may cause you to miss your retreat or which you may experience during your retreat experience. Shae Sterrett, LLC claims no responsibility for person or persons, personal effects or possessions at any time upon entry into a retreat experience. PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by cash, check, ACH Bank transfer or Venmo

All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Payment made via debit will include a 1% transaction fee which will be added to the final balance.

Payments can be made by credit card will include a transaction fee of 3% which will be added to the final balance.

PAYMENT BY CHECK

Payments made by check and returned for insufficient funds incur a $30 returned check fee.

If more than two checks are returned for insufficient funds client will be asked to provide an alternative form of payment.

We do not retain payment information on file. Client must provide payment information at each visit. See payment options on this page.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We try to describe and display any products and services available for purchase on the Website as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the product or service, we do not guarantee that the Website is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

NO REFUNDS

Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made under this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to termination of this Agreement. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered. Any unused service hours included under any monthly retainer will not be refunded or rolled over month-to-month.

Cash Discount Program

Shae Sterrett, LLC and its DBA’s offer a cash discount program to incentivize clients to use more affordable payment options for our small business in accordance with the regulations of the State of New Hampshire. Customers who pay by debit or credit card are subject to a transaction fee equal to the transaction fee charged to Shae Sterrett, LLC for the transaction. This can range from flat fee of $10 to 3-7% of the total transaction amount. This will appears as a line item on your receipt. Service prices do not include the transaction fee. Customers have the option to pay by cash or check to avoid this fee.
